Two teenage boys apprehended in Ballymena after serious assault incident

Detectives investigating a serious sexual assault on a teenage girl have made two arrests.

Clonavon Terrace Incident

The alleged incident occurred in Ballymena, Co Antrim, on Saturday evening in the Clonavon Terrace area. Two teenage boys are currently in custody and are being questioned.

Ongoing Investigation

Detective Inspector Olphert from the Police Service’s Public Protection Branch stated that the incident happened on Saturday, June 7th, in the Clonavon Terrace area around 7.30 pm. The arrested teenagers are being questioned in connection with the investigation.
