Two arrests have been made after a male was found unconscious in the street in aCo Derrytown over the weekend, police say.

Two arrests have been made after a male was found unconscious in the James Street area of Coleraine, following an assault believed to have occurred at around 11pm on Saturday. Police in the Causeway Coast and Glens policing district have issued an appeal for information.

Investigation Details

Police in Coleraine are investigating an assault that occurred around 11 pm on Saturday 8th March, whereby a male was located unconscious in the James Street area of Coleraine. Two persons have been arrested and are assisting with the enquiries. It is believed they had been in licensed premises nearby before the incident.
