In the Woodrow Gardens area of Saintfield, a resident faced a harrowing experience last night. Around 9.20pm on May 29, four masked men forcefully entered a home. While one man held the homeowner captive in a room, the others ransacked the property. Detective Sergeant Johnston highlighted the robbery, revealing that a significant sum of cash was stolen as the perpetrators fled in a dark-colored vehicle. Thankfully, the victim emerged physically unharmed but deeply shaken by the intrusion. Authorities urge anyone with relevant information, CCTV footage, or dash-cam recordings to come forward to assist in the investigation.
