Police Renew Appeal for Missing Belfast Man

Police have reissued an appeal for a Belfast man who has been missing for two weeks.

Martin Bonnar Last Seen Two Weeks Ago

Martin Bonnar, 63, was last sighted in the area of Vandyck Gardens, Newtownabbey at approximately 4.30pm on Wednesday, June 4. Police have expressed increasing concern about his whereabouts and have requested Martin or anyone with information to contact them or his family. According to PSNI, Martin is approximately 5’5” tall, slim build, bald on the top of his head with hair around the sides, wears glasses, and is typically clean-shaven. He is believed to be dressed in jeans, a black Harrington jacket, and black Adidas trainers. CCTV footage captured his last known sighting at the Spar on the Whitewell Road. Members of the public are encouraged to join the organized search in Newtownabbey at 12 noon today, Tuesday, June 17, starting at The Fountain Bar in Bawnmore. Anyone having information on Martin's whereabouts is urged to contact the police by calling 101 and quoting reference number 20 of 14/06/2025.
