The PSNI spokesperson stated that the assault took place on Donegall Road between the junctions of Abingdon Drive and Prince Andrew Gardens at approximately 17:30 on April 17, 2025. The suspect, described as tall, slim, and in his 40s, allegedly attacked the driver before departing towards Broadway Roundabout. Multiple witnesses intervened, and the police are requesting these individuals to come forward.
