Following its prestigious AA four-star award received at the end of 2024, the hotel is set to expand significantly with planning permission approved for the development of 16 additional bedrooms, 10 self-contained apartments on the former country club site, and a rooftop bar and terrace overlooking the sea. These projects will aim to enhance the hotel’s offering further - attracting both leisure and business guests seeking a luxurious and scenic retreat on the Antrim coast.

Marine Hotel caters to families thanks to its large rooms which can accommodate up to 6 people and their family-friendly packages include an array of activities to entertain all. During peak season, the hotel has announced it will offer a number of new packages for guests including a 'Stay & Slash' adventure, 'Stay and Play' golf trips and a 'Taste of the Causeway Coast' package.
