Sinn Fein Representatives Take the Helm in Newry, Mourne & Down District

Sinn Fein representatives Philip Campbell and Geraldine Kearns have been elected as the new chairperson and deputy chairperson of Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (NMDDC).

Campbell and Kearns take over from the district's former chair and deputy, Cllr Pete Byrne (SDLP) and David Lee-Surginor (Alliance).
