Michael Rutter's Hospitalisation After Isle of Man Crash

Rutter's Condition

Michael Rutter is currently 'stable' in hospital following a crash on the final lap of Friday's Supertwin race at the Isle of Man TT. The veteran rider, a seven-time TT winner, fell at the 31st Milestone during the event. His team confirmed that he is conscious and breathing, undergoing further examinations to assess any potential injuries.

Racing Updates

Rutter, who first competed in the TT in 1994, had limited his participation to the Supertwin class this time. He was planning to support rider Craig Neve but was himself involved in the incident. Neve was replaced by Jamie Cringle, who secured the 17th spot in the opening Superbike TT. The 2025 TT, scheduled to conclude soon, has faced delays due to inclement weather.
