Police Respond to Dual Assaults at North Belfast Hotel

A man was taken to hospital and another suffered an eye injury as police attended two separate assaults at a hotel in North Belfast in the early hours of the morning.
First Assault
The first incident occurred shortly after midnight on Monday, March 10, when a man suffered an eye injury following an assault inside a hotel in the Antrim Road area.
Second Assault
Following this, police received reports that a man had suffered a head injury following an assault at the same hotel and had to be taken to the hospital. Police are investigating whether the two attacks are connected. APSNI spokesperson stated: 'Police are appealing for witnesses to two assaults reported in the Antrim Road area of North Belfast shortly after midnight on Monday, 10th March. Two men were injured, and a link is being explored between the two assaults.
