Unexpected Plea: Man Confesses to Manslaughter in Ryan McNab Case

A 27-year old man appeared in court today (Thursday) where he admitted the manslaughter of Bangor man Ryan James McNab. The 31-year old died following an incident in Rathcoole in October 2022.

Marc Doak initially pleaded 'not guilty' to murdering Mr McNab but today, in a surprising turn, he confessed to manslaughter in front of Justice O'Hara. Prosecutors accepted this plea, marking a significant development in the case.
