Arrests Made in Ballymena Disorder Case

A 30-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with the violent disorder in Ballymena on Wednesday.

Police in Ballymena came under attack for a third consecutive night, with hundreds gathered around the Clonavon Terrace area. They used various tactics to control the situation amid the chaos caused by petrol bombs, bricks, and masonry.

Arrests Made
A total of 15 individuals have now been arrested in relation to the disorder, with four facing charges. The spokesperson for APSNI confirmed the latest arrests, stating that the man and woman remain in custody as investigations proceed. Enquiries are ongoing as authorities work to address the situation.
