The driver of a scrambler has been taken to hospital following a serious collision in Lurgan yesterday.

The air ambulance was sent to the scene with at least one person being taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. A PSNI spokesperson said: "Road users are advised that the Silverwood Road in Lurgan is closed from the Kiln Lane junction due to a serious road traffic collision. Local diversions are in place at this time, please seek an alternative route."
