Antrim Gym Owner's Epic Endurance Challenge: Running Ireland's Length and Cycling Back

A Co Antrim gym owner has embarked on an extraordinary endurance challenge, believed to be never before attempted.
Starting the Journey
Michael Tolan, owner of MTS Training, a Hyrox-affiliated gym based in Randalstown, is running from the northernmost point of Ireland to the southernmost, and cycling back. He completed the run from Malin Head in Co Donegal to Mizen Head in Co Cork in just 13 days, averaging an astonishing 51.3km per day.
Charity Support
A portion of the funds raised will be donated to The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust and Michael’s local club, Tir Na nÓg Randalstown. Michael expressed his gratitude to the local businesses for sponsoring each day of the challenge, making the journey possible.
