Exciting Day Two at Cheltenham Festival

The opening day of the 2025 Cheltenham Festival was full of incident and drama as several well-fancied runners failed to land a blow, and punters will be hoping to bounce back on Day Two. With the likes of Constitution Hill and Majborough being turned over at short odds, many accumulators are already bust, and Jonbon will carry the hopes of many in this afternoon’s Champion Chase.

The feature race of Day Two gets underway at 4 PM with The Turners Novices’ Hurdle getting today’s action going at 1.20 PM. Willie Mullins had a mixed day yesterday with Kopek Des Bordes winning the Supreme before a number of disappointing runners while State Man's crashing fall at the final hurdle in the Champion Hurdle was reminiscent of Annie Power's infamous tumble in the 2015 Mares' Hurdle. Mullins is mob-handed in today's opener and also in the Champions Bumper in the final race of the day, a race he has won 13 times, including four times in the last five years.
