Expert Tips and Runners Lineup for Cheltenham Festival Day Three

Expert Tips and Runners Lineup for Cheltenham Festival Day Three

Day Two Recap

After the drama of Day One, Day Two at the Cheltenham Festival was an emotional one as Marine Nationale and Jazzy Matty won back-to-back races. The pair had given Michael O’Sullivan a memorable opening day double in 2023. On Wednesday, both horses came home in front at Cheltenham just one month on from the Cork native’s tragic passing.

Exciting Races Ahead

Marine Nationale’s victory over Jonbon was the second upset of the week in the feature race, and last year’s winner Teahupoo will be hoping to buck that trend as he bids to defend his Stayers’ Hurdle crown. The Ryanair Chase will be as keenly-contested as ever with the Willie Mullins-trained Fact To File opting to take his chance here rather than face stablemate Galopin Des Champs in Friday’s Cheltenham Gold Cup. Here's a list of the runners and riders, as well as our selections for each race. . .
